We recently hired Marc and his crew to complete a large-scale basement renovation project. The process went seamlessly from estimate through completion of the job. Marc came to our house and completed a thorough, line-by-line estimate of what we could expect. Upon hire, the crew showed up on time, and as promised. I also asked Marc to add in some addition work in the middle of the process, and he quickly and easily addressed the added work. The work quality was 110%, and came out better than I had ever imagined. My basement went from a disaster to beautiful. Having bad experiences in the past with contractors, Marc's team is a breath of fresh air. Since I work from home, I was around the guys each day. They were all very polite, hard working, and nice to chat with. Very knowledgeable and skilled workers, but also great guys all around. They always made sure we were happy with their work and ensured they would come back if any touch ups were needed. After purchasing a foreclosure in November 2017, we were in desperate need of a contractor to gut and renovate the property. Parlor City Construction and Property Services was referred to me. Marc Mazzei and his team did all the work needed and we now have an impressive six bedroom house dedicated to student housing for Binghamton University students. Marc and his team have a good eye for detail and were able to overcome challenges as they came up along the way. Marc designed the layout, chose the paint colors, flooring type and the cabinetry. I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

I located Parlor City Construction on Home Advisor. Their quote was very detailed and happen to be the low bid of three. I have been very impressed with my point of contact, Marc Mazzei. He was very easy to communicate with and was very eager to accommodate my wishes. As with every project there were change orders which were driven by my interest in increased work scope; but the added expense was very reasonable and acceptable. The quality of the work was first rate and the material used (from which I was given to choose from) were top notch. The work crew was very professional and polite. Before leaving each day they would pick up and clean-up the work areas. I would definitely recommend Parlor City and would not hesitate to hire them again for another home improvement job.
